Sewing class

This term for tech we were in sewing. How I made the tote bag? Firstly we had to practice how to run the machine and also how to fix it. Secondly we had to measure how long and wide our bags have to be. Thirdly we had to pick our material to make the bag. As we did that we had to cut up the material the size we have measured on our piece of cardboard.  After we measured our bag it was time for us to work on our handles. We had to cut up a long piece of fabric and then we had to line it with a ruler, Then we had to sew the end of the side together and leave one end of the handle open and the other end closed. After sewing the handle we had to put the stick through the handle on the opened end and try to make it inside out. After doing that we had to move on to our bag. We had to line the bag with the ruler, after we done that we sewed the sides of the bag. After finishing the handle and the bag Mrs Tuipulotu had to do the rest. We found this pretty difficult but we know in the future it will be worth it.

Chemical Changes - eggs

Today we did a chemical change about eggs. the temperature of the eggs were cold to hot.

Science experiment

Today we did a science experiment it was pretty fun. I added flour and water and the other one baking soda with vinegar and that's how I did the experiment.

Today we learnt a new word for the day It is (Clarity) as you can see. The word clarity is a clear and particular the meaning.
